This Pro License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between [Producer’s name] (“Licensor”) and [Licensee’s name] (“Licensee”).

• License Grant. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the instrumental music track (the “Beat”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Licensee is granted the right to use the Beat in multiple videos and songs, without limitation on the number of views or streams. Licensee may use the Beat for commercial purposes.
• Ownership. Licensor retains all ownership and copyright in the Beat. Licensee acknowledges that this is a license agreement and not a sale of the Beat.
• Customization. Licensor will provide Licensee with the option to customize the Beat upon request. Any customization requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Licensor. Licensor will also provide Licensee with all individual audio stems.
• Payment. Licensee agrees to pay Licensor the agreed-upon fee for the license to use the Beat.
• Restrictions. Licensee may not sell, lease, or distribute the Beat in any manner. Licensee may not alter, edit, or modify the Beat, except to the extent necessary to synchronize it with Licensee’s video or song. Licensee may not use the Beat in any manner that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Termination. This Agreement will terminate automatically upon the breach of any of its terms by Licensee. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Beat.
• Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [state/country].
